We had them replace a solar system that was storm damaged... somehow a job they promised would be completed in 2 or 3 weeks took 8 months and counting. System isn't operational and the won't answer their phones.
Wish I could give zero stars. Do not use this company. They ghosted us for months after our system stopped working. I literally had to beg to get a return call and it took months.when they finally responded, the owner Farwad was hostile and totally inept. Can’t believe they are in operation. Run away! There are so many awesome solar companies in the area. This one is awful.
We had a complete solar system installed by Plan It Solar. A couple years later the system doesn't communicate and our NEM charges are going through the roof. We have called dozens of times, set up 3 service call appointments, and then they will never respond to the service appointment. Spent $15,000 with them and cannot get a return phone call. Now looking for another licensed solar installer to repair our system before we go broke from the excessive "on solar" rates. Very angry with Plan It Solar.
Literally the worst customer service ever. Don’t get your solar system. Installed through these guys if you ever want any help in maintaining it in the future.
Just called in to request a quote to provide solar solutions for my business. The front desk admin cut me off when introducing myself and said "We are not interested" before rudely hanging up on me! Wow - - Glad I didn't get further if that is how they treat perspective customers!
