JC quit the job and left while I was out of town. He is refusing to finish the scope of his bid, of which we agreed upon. We have now began the complaint process with the state. It’s unfortunate he did not want to honor the deal, and has decided to turn a rather simple issue into a big problem.
JC and the Plan-it Excavating crew did a great job clearing land and leveling at our new property. We have an acre and he got it functional and able to be fully taken advantage of. He completed our project within bid quote and on schedule. Looking forward to having them back for our next project. Thank you guys!
Jc with plan it Excavation super friendly to work with very knowledgeable and what he does highly recommend they do great work and a great to communicate with. I had them prepping area for sod and Sprinklers. They stuck to the schedule.
I would not recommend this excavator. Despite multiple walkthroughs, he never seemed to fully understand the scope of the job. It was a relatively small project that I could have completed myself if I had the time, which is why I hired someone in the first place. Unfortunately, I was out of town during the work, and I feel he took advantage of that. He stopped working early and left the project far from complete. JC and his crew helped us by digging a trench for a stream and dug out a large pond. He hauled away dirt and debris from previous work we’d done and we also had him remove a couple of unwanted trees from our property. JC and his guys were prompt everyday, professional, friendly and very hard working. The trench, pond and trees were dug out with great care and detail.
