Working with Plan B was a frustrating experience from the start. Multiple issues arose upon move in including broken appliances, disconnected fire alarms, and unclean carpets. The property's condition was dismissed by this property management company. Throughout my year lease my concerns were continually dismissed. Upon move out I was left with unjust charges without evidence.
