Les at PlanB Heating and Cooling has helped us on several occasions with both our heating and cooling. The heating strip in the circulation unit wasn't working and other HVAC installers recommended replacing the whole unit. Les found a new strip for us and it is working great. He also helped get our heat pump working again when it was having a problem starting. He is always professional and tries the simplest solutions before proposing expensive ones. I would and will recommend him to anyone.

I called Plan B today to check my heating system. I technician came out looked at the unit and said "Good luck with that" and he left. The unit is about 4 years old. I will never call Plan B again. The man that came to the door told you one unit was working, but the other unit had not been working for 2 years and he asked your man to look at that one. Your man looked and said "Good luck with that" and he left. You should waive the $75.00 coming out fee. You did nothing!

Honesty is the best policy!!! The blower motor for our air handler fan would not cut off. So, the fan ran constantly. The only way we could get it to cut off was to flip the switch in the breaker box. Michael & Son told us that the blower motor was failing and it needed to be replaced which would cost about $1000. But since the system is so old, they recommended replacing the entire heat pump / AC system, which would cost at least $6000. We contacted Plan B Heating and Cooling.
