I have had service and maintenance for my HVAC System through Plan B for 2 consecutive years. They are always prompt and polite and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!
Les at PlanB Heating and Cooling has helped us on several occasions with both our heating and cooling. The heating strip in the circulation unit wasn't working and other HVAC installers recommended replacing the whole unit. Les found a new strip for us and it is working great. He also helped get our heat pump working again when it was having a problem starting. He is always professional and tries the simplest solutions before proposing expensive ones. I would and will recommend him to anyone.
Leslie did a great job He immediately diagnosed a problem and fixed it. I recommend Plan B to anyone with a HVAC unit.
