I had a great haircut experience with Elayna Glen. My hair is very long now, after a bad experience getting it chopped off years ago, I'd been hesitant to cut it again. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and offered expertise advice on face layers. I walked away absolutely in love with my fresh-cut while keeping the length. I will be back again.
I pre booked my appointment over the phone for the day of my birthday 🎂🎈 with the plan on going completely blonde compared to my natural brown coloured hair. When I arrived I was greeted very friendly and appropriately and since I was early I waited for my stylist to finish her previous client. What a fantastic experience at Plan B Hair Company & Lounge! From the moment we walked in, the staff were so personable and welcoming—they truly make you feel at home. We had a great chat about their products, and when I couldn’t decide what to drink, they even invited me to check the fridge myself! Top-tier hospitality.
