The Amazing Madysen did it again!!!
I had a very bad experience at B Plan Hair Co & Lounge. I showed the stylist a picture and clearly told her the name of the haircut I wanted, which was a medium-length layered cut. Unfortunately, the final result did not match the picture at all. During the appointment, she kept asking me how many times I shower per week and asked many other private and uncomfortable questions, which made me feel very uneasy. I had the most awesome haircut of my life from the amazing Sam just before Christmas. She took me from a shaggy hippy with hair halfway down my back to a svelte looking James Bond stunt double. The vibe and energy in the shop is uber fun and Sam has made me a client fo life!!!
