I scheduled a 6:00 PM appointment at Plan A Barbershop for my son after calling ahead around 4:15 PM. We arrived at 5:56 PM and found the front door locked, which I understood required calling the barber to be let in. I called and was told he’d come up in a second. After waiting outside for 7 minutes, I called again to check the status and was told he was still cleaning and currently cutting someone’s hair.
