Clean atmosphere, professional, communicative, and a great stylist. Stylist conversed with me throughout styling process to ensure we were on the same page and that I would be satisfied.
I was so excited to go and get my hair done.. then I got it done. I HATED it. The parts were not good, the customer service wasn’t there, no hospitality, no professionalism. I don’t leave reviews normally because I’ll just take the loss and go on. But my parts are terrible, the knots are so bulky, there was so much jam on my hair and the twist and human hair pieces made it so stiff and nasty to touch. I wanted Marley twist but got Senegalese.
