Dr. Kyle and his staff are outstanding. They are compassionate, professional, and especially understanding of patients with dental anxiety. The office uses advanced technology that makes procedures more comfortable and improves results. Dr. Kyle takes time to connect with patients and provides excellent follow-up care. I highly recommend him and his team.
The staff for the most part are all very nice and same for the doctor, I really liked him. The reason for not giving 5 is almost every single one of my appointment times were changed by the office at the last minute. The receptionist would call the day before to confirm and would gaslight me with the new time as if that was always the time that was scheduled when it wasn't, which I think bothered me the most. They were extremely rude to me. they didn’t wait until i fell asleep at all. i will never come here again. the doctor told me to stop talking when i was panicking he was getting mad at me as if it was my fault i was having an anxiety attack
The staff are so friendly and helpful they made me feel comfortable and at ease when I was in pain and they were able to help me. I highly recomend these guys if you need a tooth pulled.
Had a tooth removed never felt a thing the staff was great made you feel comfortable Dr Stiefel was excellent I give them all a 10
