My daughter and I met with Dr. Stiefel, and then he removed her four wisdom teeth, two impacted. We highly recommend this office, because everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. If you are a parent making a similar decision, this is the place for you.
So thankful for this office and Dr. Dr Stiefel was absolutely amazing. My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth extracted and the dentist referred us for one. We are grateful as all 4 needed to be extracted as they could have caused havoc. Thank you so much for a comfortable experience.
My daughter required an oral surgery and Plaistow Oral Surgery was quick to get her seen and scheduled. Every single person from the front desk, to the techs, to the surgeon himself were extremely kind and supportive. After her surgery the surgeon called the same day to check on her. The office has checked in again since. They have been very committed to her care and quick to offer anything she may need in her recovery. I can’t recommend them enough!
Dr. Kyle and his staff are outstanding. They are compassionate, professional, and especially understanding of patients with dental anxiety. The office uses advanced technology that makes procedures more comfortable and improves results. Dr. Kyle takes time to connect with patients and provides excellent follow-up care. I highly recommend him and his team.
The staff for the most part are all very nice and same for the doctor, I really liked him. The reason for not giving 5 is almost every single one of my appointment times were changed by the office at the last minute. The receptionist would call the day before to confirm and would gaslight me with the new time as if that was always the time that was scheduled when it wasn't, which I think bothered me the most.
