We purchased a house that's a project house, and we have had a number of contractors come in and out of our home. Plair Homes is one of few contractors where I felt total honesty and total quality. Plus, the cost to replace the roof was the best relative to our other proposals.

Gus and his team did a fantastic good installing a new roof on my home. As I reviewed the quotes a few things stood out: 1. Gus was using superior products. When I asked one of the other roofers about the difference their response was that they only used the superior products in valley and not the entire roof. Gus used it on the entire roof. 2. Gus uses his own employees and does not contract out the work..more importantly he carries appropriate Workmen's Comp and Construction insurance. 3. Gus didn't require any funds upfro... read more
