Probably the best gym in the Bristol/Plainville/Southington area. You get the top quality machines that other gyms (public and private) don't have, which was super important for me. The staff knows you by name and welcomes you (if you come in during staffed hours, I'm usually part of the early morning crew so I don't see many). No other gyms do that, so makes it feel personal. My favorite gym 🦵 ♀️. The hours are perfect for busy people. A variety of equipment for any exercise and the environment is great too.
This is hands down the best gym in the area. I love the variety of unique and specialty equipment above what you find at your usually gyms. The owner puts a lot of trust in the members and for the most part it seems the members respect the gym and care about the gym. In fact, members are allowed access to the gym after staffed hours with a digital key. Truly the worse gym I have ever joined. The staff do not care about you or want to help with anything. They have insanely strict rules. ($250 fine if someone steaks in behind you) You have to bring separate shoes to workout. Incredibly expensive. All cardio equipment is self powered. Avoid at all costs!
This is honestly the best gym ever. They have amazing equipment and keep the facility clean. They also have amazing music.
