I’ve been going to the gym for almost a year now and I would absolutely say it is the best gym in Connecticut with an old school vibe. Everyone mind’s their business and the culture in the gym is great. I am going for surgery/medical leave and the staff have been supportive with freezing my membership until I am cleared to return to the gym. They have the best equipment and the gym is insanely clean. My only request would be staying open a little bit later on the weekends!

Been going to PSW for maybe a year or two now, i’m a highschool student who took my chances with this gym, i had heard great things about it and had many people convince me to join so i did and never once had i had any bad experiences with employees, other gym goers or even mike up until this day, me and my parents received a voice mail and email regarding an issue about weights being left on a machine and not cleaning the machine after being used, i called him myself and understood the situation but asked for evidence to go... read more

Probably the best gym in the Bristol/Plainville/Southington area. You get the top quality machines that other gyms (public and private) don't have, which was super important for me. The staff knows you by name and welcomes you (if you come in during staffed hours, I'm usually part of the early morning crew so I don't see many). No other gyms do that, so makes it feel personal.
