We love Plainville House and usually order online. Tonight I had to call. The gentleman that answered the phone was one of nicest most helpful and polite people I’ve encountered in a while. Great individual to be the voice and first impression of your business!

I wish you guys had an email address so I could say this privately because I used to love this place growing up. Not sure if the location changed hands but I was talking up your pizza to my friends before we ordered. I’m not super worried about it taking an hour because that happens sometimes but this is what showed up at my home for some folks that were hungry and excited. Pretty embarrassing moment for both me and the Plainville House of Pizza.
