I have been suffering from TMJ for a while. After a visit to my dentist he recommended I seek out a physical therapist that treats this disorder. I was told by a friend about the staff of Plainview Physical Therapy. They were very professional and the office staff was very friendly and efficient. But most importantly that they had experience in treating TMJ. After several treatments I finally have relief. I have the highest regard for the staff and now consider them friends.
Not very professional. Went for a few weeks and realized how poorly this place ran. My original Therapist was excellent with pleasant personality. Things weren't bad until they replaced the person I had worked with, with someone else. (evidently some other patient wanted my therapist, and I got bumped). Then that therapist started working on the wrong part of my body. I had to correct them. She couldn't even read my chart. No personality, didn't say a word, and didn't know what to do. I would like to take this opportunity to compliment the professionals at this facility for the caring and professional manner that was displayed to me and the other patients. My son injured his knee playing football. The trainer on the field said it was a possible ACL tear. I took him to my orthopedist who did an mri and confirmed it was an ACL tear. He had surgery and then started physical therapy. Having lived in Plainview for many years I knew of Plainview Physical Therapy so I decided to utilize that facility.
