When I first joined I loved it. I had a great representative, Bobbie. She left due to not enough hours. I have another rep and no one ever returns calls or follows up. You call it goes to voice mail and no one ever returns my calls. Went 3 months from no one. Finally they called and rescheduled. Pre-scheduled the next 3 appointments and then I became ill and had to cancel. Asked that they call back and reschedule for the next Friday. Sadly it has been 10 days and no return call. I started my PlainSmart program in May 2016, thinking that with my personal DNA tests I'd be able to find out once and for all that I'm an alien and weightloss was not possible for me!
