Unfortunately drawing a blank w her name at the moment…I think it was Marcy, or Marjorie, or Madison or something…I know it started with an “M. But it was the one who went from teller position to chief executive officer of PlainsCapital after a day of training. Fantastic customer service! This is what a bank should be. Karen, Chris, and Mo are terrific. They even have safe deposit boxes at this location (and most other locations, at least in Dallas). What a difference this makes. They are conveniently located in one of the new medical office buildings directly across from Baylor University Medical Center...super convenient for those of us who practice at BUMC. Oh, and they have a special "Protect and Serve" account for medical, fire, police, and military personnel.
