Horrible bank. I deposited a check for 3,000 and they decided to put it on hold because i never have deposited a check like that before. Well, yeah, how many times do people take out their 401k? Not often. I really needed my money to pay bills and more. Now i got $20 until they feel like giving me my money. Im broke for a week and will have to pay late fees because of this incompetent bank.
Tried to deposit a check and they put it on hold for an entire week! I have no money to pay things i need to pay! I have $20 for the week! I could've just cashed the check. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this bank and will be switching as soon as they decide to give me my money. Absolutely ridicilous.
