I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chen. Dr. Chen is a very kind and nice doctor who genuinely cares about patients' well-being. The entire visit felt comfortable, and all my questions were answered with great patience and professionalism. I’m incredibly grateful for the excellent care!

Dr. Xiaomei Chen has a terrible bedside manner. She is not knowledgeable about many conditions, and if she doesn't know the answer to something, she will just pretend not to hear you and/or straight up ignore you even if you repeat yourself. Her billing practices are also very greedy and predatory. She trains her front staff to force patients to pay an "estimated" large amount in advance even if you explain to her that your plan (which they can verify with insurance) does not have a co-pay.
