Dr. Chen is very personal with patience and professional! She cares very details that you are willing to share with her and provides excellent advices! I am very blessed to have Dr. Chen as my family doctor.
Dr. Xiaomei Chen has a terrible bedside manner. She is not knowledgeable about many conditions, and if she doesn't know the answer to something, she will just pretend not to hear you and/or straight up ignore you even if you repeat yourself. Her billing practices are also very greedy and predatory. She trains her front staff to force patients to pay an "estimated" large amount in advance even if you explain to her that your plan (which they can verify with insurance) does not have a co-pay. As other reviewers said I didn’t have good experience with this doctor either. She kept asking me to go back to her office (every 3 months) to refill or blood test. She asked me to pay her estimated full price before seeing her, instead of the office visit co-pay. I got cold, she gave me a sheet for blood work, then she send me another $50 bill for that sheet, even I didn’t take the blood test at all.
