Extremely friendly and courteous
My account was compromised. Plains State Bank noticed this and promptly prevented anything from being stolen. They noticed unusual activity and froze it checking with me if it was legit (it was not). Steps were take under their professional guidance to prevent any theft - Thanks
Horrible Service! It's a shame that Nikola is still working there while profiling us as Hispanics and mentioning if we had citizenship or a green card. What is wrong with that person. Truly pathetic and disgusting.
