Purchased an item that I tried to return unopened. The owner would not accept and also came across as frustrated and confrontational when I was calm, asked to make a return, and inquired why I couldn’t and if they had a return policy. I’m not one post negative reviews- in fact I never have before- but this is not how you treat others.
I always get the best service and they go out of their way to make sure I have what I need when I want it.
