I made an appoint to establish care with a provider here, really liked her. I fell and landed on my tail bone a week ago, and it's painful still. I call to get an appt and I was told first appt is Aug 19, over a month from now , but I could do a walk in, why would I get a Dr if I have to walk in every time. I periodically use pain pills due to a lot of other issues I have, wouldn't refill those either but I could walk in. What the hell is the problem with the providers here? Can't process insurance, can't process referrals. Takes real effort to be worse then a VA clinic but here they are doing it..
I had a medical emergency while traveling in the Plains area and went to the clinic. The receptionist, whom unfortunately I don’t remember her name but a real sweetheart and so pleasant to deal with. And then after checking in I was seen by Anna Marie Mitchell, FNP who was so kind and such a caring practitioner that I can only say that if I lived here she would be my primary care provider. Thank you so much Anna Marie. My wife and I are so grateful for the treatment and recommendations. God Bless your whole office.
