Wouldn't even see my daughter a second opinion. Just said "they looked her her notes and wouldn't do anything different". I'd love to know what notes because the first ENT didn't do crap either. Heaven forbid these doctors are asked to look BEYOND just brain injury being the cause of swallowing/breathing issues!
Dr. Soine provides excellent care. My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids out. Dr. Soine explains everything clearly, sends home clearly written directions, and made my daughter feel very comfortable. We will continue to see Dr. Soine. The office staff was also very professional and friendly. The nurse, Patti, was also very friendly and provided great help and information. Easy to schedule appointments and surgery. They contacted the insurance company for us and had that all set for us. Thank you!
Dr Sonie is amazing to work with - Front desk staff not so much.. Hate everytime I have to call there and deal with the rude lady who always answers the phone..
Very caring and lots of patience for some of us who don't care for needles!
