Tanya was a great person to work with! She got me in my home in no time at all. I am self employed and I only had to have 1 year of self employment to buy my house! I searched other banks and they all wanted 2yrs self employement. She was always there for me if i had any questions or even If i just needed some advice 😊
As a realtor, you need a mortgage broker who excels at communication so everyone is in the loop. Tanya is the best at her job and I never had to call for updates, as she kept all parties updated on the process. The best in Bismarck hands down!
I would refer anyone who is looking for home financing to go to Tanya! She and her team did an amazing job getting us a home loan when other banks wouldn’t. With my husband being a union worker and getting laid off here and there it was hard to find a bank to give us a loan. But Tanya made it work and we are so happy!

Tanya was absolutely great to work with and helped me get into my new home. I was originally going with a different bank, and had some concerns when my original estimates had raised quite a bit. After talking to Tanya she was able to get me into a much better deal and made me feel a lot more comfortable going forward. She was even working later into the evening to make sure the process was going smoothly and got me into my house quickly. Would definitely recommend talking to her if you are looking to buy a new home!
