I recently purchased a property through Plainland Property, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Leonie was extremely disorganised and unprofessional. She consistently failed to return phone calls and did not show up on time for scheduled appointments, including the building inspection and key handover. There were no courtesy calls to advise she was running late, nor any apologies — just rudeness. We had a wonderful experience buying a property through Leonie. We found her to be honest, transparent and extremely helpful. I recently bought a property off Leonie from Plainland Property Sales. Dealing with Leonie was fantastic, she helped me get through my finances. When I went to inspect the property, she was so welcoming, bubbly, understanding, her walkthroughs of the house was nothing like I have never seen before. I have been to heaps of other agent's properties and they are nothing like Leonie. I highly recommend purchasing a property through Leonie she is great!!! You never get a better agent like her.
