Yeah no been with wic for two years now n they still haven’t improved on picking up phone calls they are lazy n rude. Always with attitude which is definitely not a good look. State needs to look into this because even if you leave a voice mail they never get back. Don’t get me wrong very appreciative of the help but staffing needs to be re looked at or new people who would actually love there job. Llame para hacer la cita la persona con la que hable me dijo alas 9:00am y me la puso alas 8:30 el sen̈or que me atendió me busco en el sistema y me dijo que no tenía cita me trato de forma muy grosera le dije que no era problema mio que no tuvieran una organización correcta me dijo que no me podía atender por que ya eran las 9:00am y mi hora de la cita ya habia pasado es muy triste por que hay demasiada nieve mucho frío y todos como seres humanos te... read more
