We were traveling thru eastern Connecticut in our RV when we discovered all the bolts holding our steering gear were loose. WE called Plainfield and although they don't typically work on RV's they came to check out the condition and were able to get (1) missing nut and re-tightened all (4) nuts adn we were able to continue on our way for the rest of the trip. This type of proactive assistance is a truly genuine quality to be admired. Taking that additional step. Thank you for you help. You save our vacation.
