One star because you can't give 0 stars... I went here because they had availability at the last minute and other places were booked. I think I understand why. My appointment was a 9, but they don't open until 9, so I wasn't able to come earlier to get processed in so my service could actually start at 9. When I first walked in, the greeting wasn't warm, just "You have massage at 9:00?" There was a language barrier that this could have attributed to, so no big deal, I confirmed with a yes...
