They are the best! I called to have locks re-keyed because of a lost key and April actually helped me to track down the lost key so their services weren't even necessary! Amazing! They were so friendly and helpful beyond belief, thank you again , April!
Scott came out and fixed our antique 1940s front door lock today. He absolutely knew what he was talking about, worked fast and even re keyed our screen door, all in less than an hour! Prices are great and customer service was awesome. We will be referring people to Plainfield Lock Techs!
