Absolutely horrible, they bully patients, lie to them and say they can't leave AMA (to get stitches done elswhere), they lie to your face, and you know they're lying, but they stand by their lie. Then when the police come and say the patient CAN leave AMA, they change their story to a different excuse — they claim a non-existent head injury to screw with the patient and have their trip by making the patient leave via ambulance to go all the way to backus. Ive been here when i was the only person and ive been here when there was a full room.. Both times took 3 hours to even be seen.. Another 2 hours just sitting in bed just to tell me nothing. Dont bother coming here.
Every time I have had to bring someone to this facility we have been treated worth the utmost care and professionalism. They are patient and call with call with the issues as best as possible.
