The entire staff was friendly & professional with taking care of our dog Toby. They admitted Toby into the exam room quickly & discussed the wellness appointment in detail. Our dog was given a good report & most of our payment was covered by the wellness plan.
I have been going to this hospital since 2009. I have taken many pets there for various treatments. I'm writing this review to let people know the worse experience I had recently. I had a cat that I needed to put down because he was suffering. On Wednesday I called and the office staff said I had to make an appointment and the first opening was Friday at 1:40. I was deeply disappointed by the response I received from the front desk staff at South Plainfield Animal Hospital during an emergency situation. Today, my 9-month-old puppy was choking, and I rushed her to the nearest animal hospital I could think of. Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk were unable to accommodate us, despite the urgency of the situation. Their lack of empathy and efficiency was disheartening. Staff was very friendly. My dog loved everyone there. She doesn’t do well with restraint but the doctor and tech were able to work around that to do their exam and vaccines. They worked with me to give her the most positive experience.
I am so so Happy I bought my senior dog here! I travel an Hour away for my dog to come here. Cause I could only trust them with my dog. My dog was sick and bough her in and she needed surgery right away. The vet that operator on my baby was so nice, she knew I was nervous for her surgery day. She explained everything before the surgery. She called me to follow up with my dog. She made sure I understood what was happening during and after the surgery. She is now happy and herself.
