I was extremely impressed with the Medical Laser and Hydro Facial that I received from Kiona. She was not only professional, but also warm and friendly. I felt she went above and beyond in explaining the procedures which added to my comfort level. I am equally happy with the results. I will definitely be returning for Kiona to do further treatments.
Overall a pretty good experience for my first facial. Skin felt really nice after but the experience was just okay since it is a procedure with the technician being really close (obviously) but she seems to be sick cause she was coughing etc. so that didn’t make me feel as relaxed and calm as I expected it to go.
Had my first facial with Nicole today. She was great! Got the basic facial done, which is definitely not basic. So happy to have found a place I like for facials in vancouver!! Cant wait to try other services too.
