Liliana has been thorough, helpful, and in tune with what I need and what my face looks like the day of (more acne or red etc.) She's been supportive and kind and punctual. She's even done follow up emails regarding my questions so the service is top notch. She's had great recommendations for in house products that I'll be wanting to purchase in the future. Update: After a couple sessions, I’ve noticed a stark difference in my skin and definitely my confidence. Waiting for their fall membership rollout!! My first visit was in March 2024 and a year later I’m back on a membership. Luanna was communicative throughout the process and left with my skin feeling refreshed. Personal faves: massage and ice globes!
