I’ve been a patient of Dr Mortenson’s for about 3 years now! I started out afraid of the dentist but desperately needed care and Dr Mortenson was the answer. He is very patient, very communicative of the treatments he provides and takes pride in his work-and it shows! Yes. I have followed followed Dr. Mortenson from his old office. To his current location. He and is staff very friendly. And to top it all off he will actually call you or text you to see how you were doing after procedure. Over the years I haven't met any doctor for certain call and check on me like that. Plus they have a good restaurant next door if you need soom food.
Absolutely amazing I've procrastinated for years going to the dentist because I was ashamed of the way my teeth look and embarrassed about how people look at me but these guys were absolutely amazing to me I never thought I would walk out of a dentist office feeling the way I feel I will definitely be returning and recommending them to anyone and everyone that I can 💕😊
I had never had a cavity before discovering 2 of them a few weeks prior to visiting Plain City Family Dental. I was hesitant and nervous before arriving for my appointment. But the professional and cordial manner that I received from all members of the staff put me at ease. The facilities were state of the art with the room themes providing a nice touch.
