They have been so kind and welcoming! I’ve always been afraid going to the dentist but they have made me more than comfortable to continue going! I’ve recently had a cavity filled and it was the most painless experience. My old dentist used to do cavities and I would feel a little bit of pain every now and then. I have had the best experiences at Plain city family dental! Everyone is always so happy and seem so excited for our family to be there!
Dr. Mortenson was heading out of town for vacation. My appt was at 2 when they closed. I arrived 45 minutes late and instead of making me feel like the vacation crasher, I was welcomed by the best staff I've ever witnessed from the proverbial "dentists chair". The themed room is ingenious and the staff was 5 star. Then Pete made time to insure I was exposed to the best care possible in spite of his leaving late for his trip. Dr. Mortenson is a fabulous dentist! He has state of the art equipment, friendly staff, nice new office, and is very conveniently located. His shots are pain free, he is very efficient, thoro, & honest. He’s concerned about his customers and always texts the evening after you’ve had work done to check on how you’re doing. He gets 5 stars from me!
Great staff, super friendly! They care about you not your money and will work with you no matter what your situation is!
