I love Plain City Family Dental. I went to Dr. Mortenson full of anxiety about infection around an old implant from years ago. Right away his office staff was so welcoming and friendly that I relaxed. X-rays were taken, I was seated in the Ski Room, given a comfy head pillow, and offered a warm blanket. Everyone is so kind and welcoming at Plain City Family Dental! They try to make you as comfortable as possible, and you can tell Dr. Mortenson really cares about your teeth. (:
Not only is it a great dentist office and the dentist is wonderful, sweet and very calming, the atmosphere is great. With all of his special rooms and the creativity put into the space. I felt comfortable. He got me a blanket and I like his updated new things to help with the process. Great family place. Was great in an emergency and helped me on a Saturday. I recommend highly.
After looking for a dentist that could get me in quickly, I came across Plain City Family Dental, after reading all the great reviews I decided to give them a call to see when they could get me in. The entire staff was so accommodating, so kind. I have truly never felt so comfortable at a dentist office. Even Dr. Mortenson going above and beyond messaging me after hours just to check in to make sure I was feeling okay and not having any pain. I couldn't recommend this office enough!!!
Switched our dentist to be closer to home. Dr. Mortensen and his staff have been very welcoming and kind. Overall, been very happy with the switch!
