I just signed up for a membership. I just moved to Plain City on a Friday and signed up that Sunday It was super late at night and I requested immediate access because of so much going on I had forgotten to sign up. They immediately reached out in 10 minutes or so and got me situated at 10:30pm at night so I didn't miss a beat. I would like to share how professional this owner is. First of all the place is full of great weights and always allowed for a perfect workout. I enjoyed this gym for 6 months and recently moved about a hour away so I would no longer be able to use the gym. I reached out expecting a tough time to cancel this membership but that is definitely not what I experienced. I was looking for a gym to max out at with a small group on a Sunday. After reaching out to several places in the area, Plain City Barbell was one of the only gyms that responded. The owner was incredibly accommodating, even though the gym wasn’t staffed that day. They provided us with remote access (the gym is 24/7 for members), allowing us to let ourselves in, and we were able to leave cash in a box for our “Day Pass” session.
