Nick Leyland did a fantastic job—he’s a true pro. He painted our banister, living room, and fireplace, which were all tricky areas, but he made it look effortless. Super efficient, clean, and honestly, the results were outstanding. My parents were really happy with the work—Plain and Simple, we’d highly recommend Nick and Plain and Simple Painting.
Amazing service, I had tenants leave my relatively new (2019) building and their dog had made a mess of the place, chewed up walls, chip up floor boards ect. I’d had a lot of big costs fixing all of the damage and the paint was the last step so was hoping to save a bit of cash and find someone who could just touch it up where it needed to be. I love working with Nick. It's been four times now, and I see no reason to look elsewhere. The quality of the work, the ease of communication and the punctuality (a rarity these days) make him an excellent choice. Strongly recommended.
Nick and team painted our house exterior early autumn last year. They did a fantastic job. We all knew it was a bit late in the season. Nick assured me, if we decided to proceed (which we did) the warranty would address any issues. As it turns out, there was indeed a need for some warranty work (just a little - it happens).
