Nick removed the popcorn ceiling throughout our condo, replaced a decrepit T-Bar ceiling in the kitchen with a beautiful new ceiling and my very specific lighting, and painted the entire condo. The place feels like new and we love it! Nick and his team are highly professional, with excellent attention to detail. Absolutely in love with the new smooth ceiling done by Nick’s team! The work is epitome of perfection. Nick’s team made sure to complete the project on time, protect my place and keep dust minimal. It was a smooth experience working with Nick’s team and I highly recommend them for your project.
Our house had very thick and dated popcorn ceilings throughout. Nick and his team skimmed and painted the ceilings and it honestly feels like a new house. Attention to detail was spot on. Going into the project we knew it would be intrusive, but Nick delivered on schedule so we were able to settle back in and enjoy our new ceilings. I highly recommend Plain and Simple.
Would give six stars if possible! Preparing to repaint and resurface walls and ceilings in our condo when we discovered a leak coming through the wall next to our patio. What we thought would be a two week process turned into a major renovation/restoration as the floors needed replacing. Nick put together a comprehensive plan which came in on budget, but more importantly got us back into our home as quickly as possible, despite delays with the wall repairs which were handled by a third-party contractor chosen by our strata. ... read more
Nick Leyland did a fantastic job—he’s a true pro. He painted our banister, living room, and fireplace, which were all tricky areas, but he made it look effortless. Super efficient, clean, and honestly, the results were outstanding. My parents were really happy with the work—Plain and Simple, we’d highly recommend Nick and Plain and Simple Painting.
