David just replaced the circulating pump for my boiler. He was on time, kind, and fare priced. He explained what he needed to do and what reoccurring seasonal services I should have him do when he inspects my furnace to ready it for winter in the fall. I was extremely happy with his work. I previously had both TLC and Wagner on recurring monthly fee plans but find David to be more responsive and proactive. He is local too.
To my neighbors who recommended Placitas Heating and Cooling- A Big THANK YOU! We had just moved here in March and didn’t know who to call when the hot weather started. The guys we found online didn’t inspire a ton of confidence. After they serviced our units, the upstairs swamp never cooled anything, and we ended up buying a window A/C to get through the summer.
