Great place! I love visiting my sister here. She owns a place that looks out on the river walk. I love walking my dog on the trails in the community and I use the pool quite often and it is very nice! The whole complex is very neatly kept and feels very safe every time I am there!
I lived at Placita Escondida for three years and it was a great experience. The location was my favorite part. I could walk out the gate and be on the Rillito River Trail in seconds, and St. Philip's Plaza and Trader Joe's were an easy walk from my front door. The community is well maintained, the pool area is a nice place to relax, and I always felt safe with the gated entrances. I have owned here in this little condo complex for several years now and I really enjoy the lifestyle it offers. I can walk to everything! The pool and hot tub are fantastic and I love being near St Phillips plaza and La Encantada. Seems like every year the complex gets new amenities. Recently a second entrance was opened to the community and it is also gated which is nice. I definitely recommend living here if you are looking for a condo in Tucson!
I have really enjoyed living at Placita Escondida Condominiums in Tucson. It is a quiet and peaceful community that feels very comfortable and welcoming. We love this community!! The location is truly unmatched with miles and miles of river walk just through a gate. Next door to St. Phillip’s Plaza where there are great restaurants, coffee shops, live music, and a market on the weekends. It’s also extremely walkable to Trader Joe’s and a number of additional restaurants diagonal across Campbell and River. The team did a great job soundproofing these units, as we rarely hear a neighbor, and the finishes inside are beautiful.
