It was a pleasure to interact with Dr Menezes. My knee is already feeling better as a result of the injection he gave.
Dr. Menezes took the time to explain my illness. He continued to tell me an operation can not help my situation and I should make an appt to see pain management. "I'm not in pain management"? A mistake was obviously made when I called to set up an appt. I didn't have a doctor to request, just an area.
He was very professional. The atmosphere was very good. The politeness of the workers were excellent .
