This is the first time we have owned a house with a pool and Daryl from Placid Pools was great. He helped us understand all the maintenance requirements, sold us what we needed to keep the ph balance correct and even did a house visit. Great service!
We had our beautiful pool get put in by placid just before Christmas and we absolutely love it to bits!! The guys were super well organized to get this in during this crazy period. The staff are always helpful in store and I would not hesitate to use them again.
Absolutely LOVE our pool and would highly recommend the company. The finish of our pool is perfect. No issues at all. We love it so much! The skills of the tradies were awesome - really experienced staff who knew what they were doing. A great contrast from the horrible experience we’d had with our house builders.
