Adolf was knowledgeable and replaced our transmission. Super nice people there and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend!

Every one there is very friendly and helpful
I brought my 4x4 truck to 3 different Ford dealers over 5 visits and none of them could figure out where the noise was coming from. Finally, the team at Placerville transmission nailed it and repaired what the dealers couldn't. I hope to never have to talk to Ford, and am so happy that the team at Placerville Transmission took good care of me. If I ever need transmission work again I will not hesitate to come back.
The service they actually did was really good but getting on the phone with them was damn near impossible half the time, when Adolf was on the phone he was great but when the woman whose voice is on the answering machine is working you have a 1/10 chance of getting to talk to someone
