the weekend before the 4th of July , Oreo, my 9 year old Boxer/Lab mix was on the decline . she was hardly eating, over drinking and not very responsive when calling her name or when getting up for potty breaks .. seemingly just not interested in anything anymore . We had a wonderful experience at Placerville animal surgery center! Our Maltipoo is 12 years old and has needed her teeth, cleaned and dental work. The price in the Bay Area is so expensive. We heard about Placerville animal surgery center. They charge one price which is very reasonable for teeth cleaning and extracting any bad teeth. We drove from Livermore and took our dog in! They were helpful very pleasant, great with our dog and we paid 1/4 of the price it would've cost us at our vet. They also spay and neuter animals! ... read more
I can't say enough good things about this place. They are amazing. Took my small senior chi mix in for major dental extractions and a spay. Not only did they charge me 1/3 or less of what natomas vet quoted me, they were able to give her anesthesia where the other vet wanted to make her do a month of medicine beforehand, it seems like they are more confident in their surgeries as they do probably 20x what a typical vet does a week maybe more. My 5 year old chi-terrier boy had a dental cleaning and 2 extractions at PASC. All of the staff were professional, kind and patient with my nervous little guy. He has recovered perfectly and was eating soft food that same night. I am very glad that we have found an affordable option for annual dental care!
Good prices for a vet, quick too if you make an appointment over the phone. Nice people
