They set me up with Travelers Insurance 6 months ago. Travelers has been deducting random amounts from my bank account every month. Brodie at Placer West said he can’t explain why and told me to call Travelers but they only have an automated phone message saying to contact my broker for billing info. Out of frustration I asked Brodie to cancel my coverage. Brodie and Maka at Placer West assured me no further money would be deducted from my bank account since my coverage was cancelled.
