When I first walked in, the receptionist was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge my existence. Simple eye contact, a gesture or "I'll be with you in a minute" would've been nice. Instead I waited in the lobby until deciding to look for who I came for, Jennifer. She was pleasant and helpful. But come on, get someone with social skills to work the front desk.
