The Cambria office has not been responsive to my requests. They shipped a package by FedEx to me which I never received (and AFTER I suggested I pick up) and repeatedly ignored my request for the tracking number, and after I repeatedly requested they call FedEx, they agreed to and then didnot call FedEx as promised telling my realtor there was no “personal” information inside!!! The Placer Title team did a great job for us. We weren't sure when our home loan docs were going to be available and had a very short window to get things signed so we could fund by a specific date. They basically performed an under 24 hour turn-around from being notified to having all our signatures captured and notarized! Thanks PTC.
