Placer Title released my funds to the dealer before the contract was performed. They claim the seller electronically transmitted a power of attorney signed by me to give the dealer and title company the power to complete the sale between them, and made me pay closings costs in Yolo co. Which is a county were seller pays closing. All done with the use of false power of attorney documents. I asked if Placer Title ever asked to see originals and they said no, that Dealer told them it was my signed document.
