I will start this review by saying my one interaction with Dr. Placer he seemed very nice and to care about helping me. Unfortunately his office staff is the worst I've ever seen. I had a follow up appointment scheduled for 8:30am on a Friday. I showed up to my appt and after paying my copay and checking in that Dr. Placer was not in the office today and was offsite doing procedures.
