My first time back in a gym in 6 years and I absolutely love it. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The gym is clean and well organized. Great place to work out. Looking forward to being there for a while ❤️

I dropped in at Placer CrossFit while visiting Roseville and was immediately impressed. The gym was clean and well-organized, and the coaching was excellent — clear, attentive, and encouraging. But what really stood out was the community. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even as a drop-in, I felt like part of the crew right away. It’s clear they’ve built something special here. Would absolutely come back next time I’m in town!
Dropped in for a couple of days while traveling in the area and was impressed with this Box. The owner was quick to answer my email, the workout was well organized, and the coach and members were welcoming. Give Placer Crossfit a try if you live in the area.
While traveling, I discovered Placer CrossFit, a great local affiliate. Each of my four classes that week was excellent and well-structured. The owner promptly answered my questions before my visit, the coaches were welcoming and proficient (solid warmups), and the members were really friendly. If you’re in the area, drop in for a fantastic workout!
