Great coaching, well-structured workouts, and a supportive community that makes it easier to stay consistent. Big shout out to all the coaches for focusing on proper form, steady progress, and creating a positive environment. Show up, do the work, results follow. ♂️
Great staff and training.
Great space with friendly coaching staff and welcoming members. I rated 4/5 mainly due to some class management and coaching opportunities: the workout brief was hard to hear over side conversations, equipment setup wasn’t clearly explained, and there weren't any individual cues or safety checks for members that needed them, myself included. That being said, I'd definitely drop in again!
My first time back in a gym in 6 years and I absolutely love it. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The gym is clean and well organized. Great place to work out. Looking forward to being there for a while ❤️
