Nick at Placer Appliance came out and diagnosed my refrigerator. He was on-time, very knowledgeable and I couldn't have felt more confident in his diagnosis. Not only did he give me an honest answer as to rather I should repair or replace my unit, he also discounted the diagnosis because it was so quick! I don't know any other company that would do this. He also helped my Mom out with repairing her appliance over the phone! I would recommend to anyone.
They claimed to replace a board to repair our refrigerator which did not cool on the fresh food or freezer sections. The technician said to wait for 72 hours for it to reach optimum temperature. Odd but okay. After just 12 hours, it was clear the refrigerator was not cooling down but we waited the full 72 hours before calling Placer Appliance Repair back with the bad news.
