My 91 yo mom was in the hospital in June. Admitted through ER with SIRS/UTI. The ER staff that treated her were all kind, professional and respectful. My only complaint was that the ER doc never spoke to me… the nurse though was able to explain everything. We were admitted to the Dou in about 6 hours which is pretty fast. There were more medical problems that were discovered and we were there a week. So many good nurses and aides including Rosa(nurse,) Shamsi, Aneela C and Yvonne A.
