After taking care of my 97 yr old uncle for 2 years, we found ourselves in the position of trying to find a Board & Care home after a hospital stay to treat heart failure as well as a worsening of his dementia. My husband and I were injured and finding we could no longer care for him. I had the pleasure to work directly with Zoe for about six weeks in 2025. I found her to be incredibly knowledgeable, a great problem solver and her team genuinely enjoyed working with her. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Zoe is responsive, warm and compassionate and helped our family find the right memory care facility for my father - she setup appointments for us and helped my mom to navigate the paperwork. She made a highly emotional transition as smooth as it could possibly be. Would highly recommend her advice and guidance as a nurse, expert and support system.
I have used Placement Options for many years to help find appropriate placement for my patients. I always called them because they were quick to respond, and did an assessment right away, and found the best place to meet the patient's needs in a timely fashion. They worked well with the family and had good communication. When I had a family member who needed help, I called them. I felt like I was helped emotionally, professionally, and thoroughly. I cannot recommend this place enough.
