Zoe was extremely helpful, immediately available & responsive to our questions and needs about placing a family member in a residential home. She is knowledgeable and understands the stress families may be experiencing when having to find a place. I will definitely contact her in the future & recommend her services.
I'm trying to manage my aunt's care from across the country, and I don't know how I could do it without Zoe. Zoe has been incredibly helpful and professional, taking my aunt to medical appointments, making sure she is taking her medication, and monitoring her blood pressure. Her communication with me about my aunt's care has been beyond thorough. My aunt, who initially was resistant to accepting help, really enjoys spending time with Zoe. Our experience with her has been terrific.
After taking care of my 97 yr old uncle for 2 years, we found ourselves in the position of trying to find a Board & Care home after a hospital stay to treat heart failure as well as a worsening of his dementia. My husband and I were injured and finding we could no longer care for him. I had the pleasure to work directly with Zoe for about six weeks in 2025. I found her to be incredibly knowledgeable, a great problem solver and her team genuinely enjoyed working with her. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Zoe is responsive, warm and compassionate and helped our family find the right memory care facility for my father - she setup appointments for us and helped my mom to navigate the paperwork. She made a highly emotional transition as smooth as it could possibly be. Would highly recommend her advice and guidance as a nurse, expert and support system.
