Valerie is outstanding. She makes herself available even on the weekends. She is extremely responsive and made the process as smooth as possible for my dad.
Valerie and Rachel helped my parents (both of them needed assisted living care at the same time). They were the BEST. Because my parents were hospitalized and were about to be discharged, the timing was very tight, and all of this was supposed to happen during a holiday 3-day weekend. I got Gisela information at Kaiser from the minute she talked to me I already felt she took all my stress away . She was very helpful and very nice she told me based on the info you gave me You will love Mike’s facility but we can tour more . We toured the facilities and I loved them all but I chose the one she suggest will be the best fit . My Dad was at a Post Acute and they suggest to look for aplace after discharge , I had no idea where to look or where to start But Nancy gave me Gisela’s card and I loved that she speak Spanish that was very helpful . She help me with the process to look for a place that fits my budget and my Dad needs.
