However, after applying, they informed my lender that the property was involved in litigation—something they failed to disclose upfront. Sigfrido Jimenez and his son Ramon will hold your deposit for no reason. Do not rent from them. Been given multiple excuses why pool was never fixed in my year being here. Packages stolen and not an amazing neighborhood.
