This place is horrible!!!!!! Do not stay here if you have people who love you and want to visit you. Additionally, they do not value your safety. After the snowstorm every other condo on the street had cleared off the sidewalk except Place One. The residents had to take pictures (as proof) that the side walk hadn’t been cleared of ice. They then only cleared a portion of the sidewalk, leaving the other side dangerously icey. Also, they have a major mice issue. I have lived a few months in this building and I have faced the most indecent greedy low self esteemed people I have ever seen in my life. If you are renting make sure you take a picture of every thing. The building is old with black mold and leaks. But the owners “my friend” had the same experience, will do and say every lie that you would not expect from a decent older people just to get a couple of dollars. You will just see their personality price tags. Horrible people. Horrible management.

The building is poorly managed. It is impossible to get help from the custodial staff. The building is “run” with zero technology. No system like BuildingLink exists here for package intake, custodial requests, resident bulletin board, freight elevator reservations, etc. It’s sad, because systems like BuildingLink work well: they provide trackable package arrivals and pick up, and residents’ requests are documented. I moved a week ago and one and only thing I like about this condo so far is the view, other than that I didn’t had a good experience with management and from desk, the moving process was very hectic. Things didn’t run smoothly. The windows have a gap so we can’t sit near them the wind blows cold air and for that reason the heater has to run high and none stop.
